An Algerian company with an industrial ambition
Alty Technologies is a limited liability company under Algerian law, created to give the country a controlled capability in smart cards, secure documents and trust infrastructure.
Why Alty exists
Algeria issues millions of SIM cards, bank cards and identity documents every year. A significant part of that chain — the chip, the operating system, the personalisation, sometimes the data itself — still depends on foreign providers. Alty was created to bring that chain progressively onto national territory, with Algerian teams and under Algerian contract.
Our model
We combine two things that rarely go together: access to world-class industrial technology, already certified and deployed at scale, and a local structure that carries contractual responsibility, integration, operations and support. The client deals with an Algerian company, governed by Algerian law, reachable in Algeria.
Our trajectory
We move in stages we are willing to state. First integration and local support. Then personalisation and issuance performed in Algeria. Finally the production of cards and secure documents on national territory. Each stage is contracted with our institutional clients rather than promised.
Our standard
The sector we work in does not tolerate approximation. A bank card that fails certification, a passport that will not read at a border, a badly generated key: these are incidents of state. We prefer to announce a realistic timeline and meet it.

We are not here to resell imported hardware. Alty's model is progressive transfer: integrate and operate locally first, then bring personalisation in-country, then production.
