How Alty Technologies collects, uses and protects the personal data submitted through this site.
Principle
Alty Technologies operates in a sector where data protection is the business itself. We apply the same standard to this site as to our production systems: collect only what is necessary, keep it only as long as useful, pass it to no one.
Data collected
This site collects personal data only when you submit it voluntarily through the contact form: full name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, sector and the content of your message. No other collection takes place.
Purpose
This data is used exclusively to answer your request, prepare a technical or commercial proposal, and manage the resulting relationship. It is subject to no automated decision-making and no profiling.
Recipients
Your data is processed only by Alty Technologies staff handling your request. It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Transmission to an industrial partner may occur only where necessary to process your technical request, and with your agreement.
Retention
Data from a contact request is retained for as long as needed to process it, then for the duration of the commercial relationship and applicable legal periods. After that it is deleted.
Security
Data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS. It is stored in a restricted-access environment. We store no banking data, no biometric data and no identity data on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. It uses no external audience measurement tracker. Should a measurement tool be added, this policy will be updated and your consent obtained beforehand.
Your rights
In accordance with Algerian law n° 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure regarding data concerning you. To exercise them, write to contact@alty.technology stating the purpose of your request.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on this page.
