The SIM is still the first security element between an operator and a subscriber. Alty supplies SIM and eSIM certified to GSMA SAS-UP and SAS-SM, personalised to the operator's profiles, together with the OTA platform needed to manage the fleet remotely: applet updates, profile changes, value-added service management. For eSIM deployments we deploy an RSP platform compliant with GSMA specifications, hosted locally where regulation requires it. We also handle biometric subscriber registration, now mandated in a growing number of markets.

Payment & banking
EMV contact, contactless and dual-interface cards, card management systems and instant issuance for banks and payment institutions.
We support banks and payment institutions across the whole card chain: the card body, the operating system, the scheme-certified payment application, data personalisation, the card management system, and issuance — centralised in a personalisation centre or instant at the counter. The personalisation lines we rely on are certified by the major payment associations, and key management procedures meet PCI requirements. The objective is simple: the Algerian issuer controls its own portfolio, without depending on a foreign provider for every change.

Identity & e-Government
Sovereign identity documents: biometric national ID, passport, driving licence, vehicle registration, health card and the registries behind them.
A sovereign identity document is not a product: it is a full chain running from citizen enrolment to an officer's check at a border post. Alty works across that entire chain — the polycarbonate or composite document body, the chip and its operating system, graphical and electronic personalisation, data signing by a national public key infrastructure, the production and issuance system, and the verification terminals. Our electronic documents comply with ICAO 9303 specifications, supporting passive and active authentication, extended access control, and facial and fingerprint biometrics.

Biometrics & enrolment
Enrolment kits, ABIS/AFIS matching engines and biometric terminals for population registries, e-KYC and access control.
Biometrics is the foundation of any reliable national registry. We supply the enrolment kits — mobile for field campaigns, fixed for counters — the certified sensors, and the biometric matching engines capable of deduplicating an entire population. Our platforms are compatible with the MOSIP ecosystem, which avoids proprietary lock-in and lets the state retain control of its registry. The same building blocks serve banking e-KYC, regulatory mobile subscriber registration, enterprise access control and electoral processes.

Digital security & PKI
Public key infrastructure, electronic signature, encryption and strong authentication — the trust layer beneath everything else.
Every card, every document, every transaction rests on a key infrastructure. Alty deploys complete PKIs — root authority, intermediate authorities, timestamping authority, validation service — with the key ceremonies, hardware security modules and operating documentation that go with them. We implement qualified electronic signature for administrations and enterprises, passwordless strong authentication, and encryption of data at rest and in transit. Where the regulatory framework requires it, the whole stack is hosted on national territory.
